Here at Baked by Bean we do all we can to cater for our Gluten-Free customers, that is why we limit the risk of cross contamination where possible, but being in a single unit bakery, we cannot guarantee this. 

Our Gluten-Free products are baked with no gluten ingredients, however everything is baked in the same ovens, so we cannot guarantee there isn't any cross contamination during the process of baking. 

Please note, we use strict food hygiene measures and gluten-free items are boxed separately. However, we store and handle gluten-containing products in our kitchen. Therefore we do add a "may contain gluten" allergen sticker.
